Jess is the owner of Mirror Beauty Studio and a highly sought after extension and color specialist, known for her refined, detail driven approach to hair. She specializes in K-tip extensions and custom color, focusing on how hair moves, blends, and feels creating results that are seamless, natural, and never overdone.
Her process is slow, intentional, and fully tailored to each client. Every K-tip bond is handcrafted, with careful attention to density, texture, and placement so the hair feels lightweight and looks completely effortless. She uses ethically sourced hair to ensure the highest quality and integrity in every transformation.
Beyond the chair, Jess is an educator within the industry, continuously evolving her craft and holding her work to a higher standard. Her space was created for clients who want to feel like themselves, just elevated with hair that blends effortlessly, grows out beautifully, and never needs to be explained.

Hi I'm Rose - stylist and salon manager at Mirror Beauty Studio. I've been working and training under Jess for the past 3 years, so I'm definitely a familiar face around here.
I specialize in all things color and extensions, with a focus on creating looks that feel effortless, elevated, and completely you. My goal is always the same: for you to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and truly obsessed with your hair.
While I might call myself an introvert, my clients would probably say otherwise. I'm always moving, helping in every corner of the salon, and bringing a light, fun energy to every appointment. Hi, I'm Ashley - a certified lash and extension artist at Mirror Beauty Studio with over two years of experience in the beauty industry. I've trained with Ester, Light Heart Lash, and Lanna Lash, allowing me to specialize in both K-tip extensions and advanced lash and brow services.
I offer K-tip extensions, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, and waxing - focusing on creating customized, high quality results that enhance your natural features. Whether I'm working with hair or lashes, I'm always prioritizing the health, integrity, and longevity of your results while keeping everything looking seamless and effortless.
My goal is to give every client a confidence boosting experience that feels just as good as it looks. When I'm not installing K-tips, you"ll find me in my lash room creating soft, detailed, and completely personalized looks you'll be obsessed with.

Originally from New York and now based in New Jersey, Sierra brings a modern, elevated approach to beauty, when she's not behind the chair, she's exploring new food spots, shopping, or spending time with friends and family.
