Salon Policies
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to secure your installation date. This ensures your hair is prepared and ready for your visit. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the specialized nature of our K-tip and curly hair extensions, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Guests who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% fee.
